Although in the recent years I have treated a variety of illnesses in my two clinics in St John's Wood London, and Doha Qatar, such as: Eczema, Asthma, IBS, Anxiety and various other Mental and Emotional problems, my special interest lies in treating women and the health issues that affect them; Fertility, Conception, Birth, Menstrual and Menopausal symptoms, Insomnia, Stress, Depression, Self-Esteem issues and Weight concerns.

Personally, I love teaching stories. They enable people to hear things that are sometimes difficult to hear, and can often create what one of my mentors Steve Chandler calls "mindshifts" at a level well below the surface. Once the mind has shifted, behavior shifts too, seemingly "all by itself" and without the effort or struggle often associated with changing old patterns of thinking and doing.
Recently I had a client in great distress about having so many worries and cares, and the fact that she did not know where to go from here or how, I amused and lifted her spirits by one of Mullah Nasruddin stories:
One day Mullah Nasruddin lost his ring down in the basement of his house, where it was very dark. There being no chance of his finding it in that darkness, he went out on the street and started looking for it there under the lamp. Soon the whole neighbourhood gathered to help. Somebody passing by stopped and enquired:
- What are you looking for, Mullah Nasruddin ? Have you lost something?
- Yes, I've lost my ring down in the basement.
- But Mullah Nasruddin , why don't you look for it down in the basement where you have lost it? asked the man in surprise.
- Don't be silly, man! How do you expect me to find anything in that darkness!
